Partners Investing in Nursing’s Future is a national initiative formed to develop solutions addressing the nursing shortage. Regional and local partnerships, established through the initiative, support grassroots strategies to create and sustain a stable, adequate nursing workforce. It is led by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Northwest Health Foundation.
