The goals of the Central Virginia Nurse Leadership Institute are to increase the management and leadership capacity of nurse managers, as well as improve nurse retention and the quality of patient care. The year-long program enrolls mid-level nurse managers from Richmond-area hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health organizations.
