Six VCU Medical Center nurses will be a part of the inaugural class of the Central Virginia Nurse Leadership Institute (NLI). The institute develops novice nurse managers who have exceptional clinical skills and equips them with human resource, financial, and performance improvement skills to meet workforce management challenges.
